Dad, I took Vanda and Ross to the seaside on Fri, Southend. Got completely lost going there and it ended up taking bowt 2 and half hours. Bloody traffic as well. coming back only bowt an hour and half. They loved it there though, and I think they both needed it. I know I did. I was a little worried that Vanda would get sick but the doctor said that the sea air may de-stress her a little and keep her mind off the sweets, also it wasnt too far so to bring her back as soon as her blood sugars became high, if they did. We had a walk along the beach and had a play with the frisbee. Had a picnic. It wasnt cold at all. In fact the weather was good. We went on the pleasure fairground and had a go on couple of the rides, I thought I was going to be sick on one of them. We went on the bumper cars too and Ross went on the go karts, he was of course, the clear winner. As we walked along the beach, I knew in my heart, you was walking along beside us.
